Grilled langoustines with garlic and butter sauce

Ingredients:


6 langoustines


50g soft butter


2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped


juice of 1 lemon


1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley


Salt and freshly ground pepper



Instructions :


1-Fire up the grill


2-Beat the butter until really soft, then add the garlic, lemon juice, parsley and seasoning.


3-Cut each langoustine in half lengthways.


4- Brush langoustines with the  butter mixture


5-Place them on the hot side of the grill and allow  to cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until they are slightly pink with opaque flesh.


6- Once the langoustines have finished cooking, remove from the grill and plate. Drizzle  with a touch of fresh lemon juice or melted butter. Serve immediately.
