Moroccan Shrimp Tagine

Quick and healthy recipe for seafood lovers!
Ingredients:
250g peeled and deveined shrimp
1 chopped Tomato 1 small red pepper (finely chopped) 1 small onion (finely chopped) 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon chopped coriander 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon salt
For garnish:
Thyme
Lemon slice
Instructions:
1-Place the tagine over a medium heat and drizzle the olive oil. Once the oil heats up, add onions and sauté them until they begin to soften.
2-Add the tomato, spices and coriander. Combine all the ingredients.
3-Cover, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes (or until the tomato is soft and can be mashed with the back of a spoon).
4-Add the shrimp and lemon juice to the tagine, cook for several minutes more, until the shrimp are done.
5-Remove the tagine from the heat and garnish it with thyme and lemon.
